Daren Greenall

Hi, I'm Daren, a Morecambe local with a lifelong passion for working with children and young people. Growing up on a council estate had challenges, but I was part of a supportive community and family active in youth work. With over 10 years of experience, I focus on empowering young people and helping teams do the same. I believe every young person deserves unconditional support and a safe environment to foster growth and achieve dreams. My mission is to provide these spaces and assist young people and families through tough times with care. Building a strong support network around each child is key, and I strive to create a welcoming culture where all feel understood. Thanks for reading; feel free to email us with questions.

Henry Clark

I’m Henry, and I have been working in residential childcare since 2017. I believe that strong leadership and high-quality care are essential for creating a solid foundation for young people's futures. Coming from a large family, I enjoy writing, weight training, walking, and spending quality time with my loved ones. My own life experiences and challenges, combined with my time in this sector, have ignited a deep desire to make a positive change in the lives of young people. I am committed to helping them navigate their journeys and provide the support they need to thrive. Every day, I strive to inspire hope and foster resilience in those I work with.
